Tanks

NFD can provide and install new tanks with double skin and leak detection to any size or capacity for your forecourt needs. Site surveys will be given free of charge with full advice on installation.

All the necessary risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) will be organised and sent to the local authorities for their approval. Any required soil samples for environment agency and tipping requirements can also be addressed. Should planning permission be required for any such installations we can give the necessary advice and organise architect application to councils accordingly.

NFD can organise, as a cheaper alternative to tank installations, single skin lining process with fibreglass and resin application. Tanks can be cleaned, sandblasted and prepared.

Any tank pitting or thicknesses would be measured and internal photographic evidence would be available to chow to the client. Full tank testing will be carried out on conclusion and a five or ten year warranty will be available.

Periodic tank testing can be carried out to each site and tank vessel as authority requirements as and when they fall due. Full certification is given on completion.

NFD can remove tank vessel and decommission in accordance with the necessary regulations to remove all resins, degas and prepare for excavations to remove from tank farm forecourt area.
